It was easy to set up the oil change while I was planning to meet with Tyler Drenski. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I appreciate all the work everyone put into running numbers and assisting me with lease pull ahead. I took my car in staff was great and helpful but my car came out load n sounds horrible it only had a clicking noise when I took it in now it sounds like a 20 yr old car it's a 14 n I've called several times with no call back or contact
What I like about Pat O’Brien Chevy east is the friendliness and honesty. I am 71 years old so I have owned many other cars in the past. My last Chevy I owned was the 1972 Nova. After a couple years ‘‘tis car started fall apart, door handles and etc., the biggest was the transmission went due to some bolt that hadn’t been properly installed at the time. I contacted Chevy regarding this matter and statements from the mechanics that repaired the vehicle . Their response in letter form was down right nasty. I never bought or recommended another Chevy product. It wasn’t until I went to Pat O’Brien and leased a 2013 . What changed May mind was the friendliness and honesty by the employees that work their from the salesman , the mechanics I just say enough about them. Since then I have leased another Chevy and it looks like in another 8 months will lease my third. Because of your Chevy products and personnel, I will be back.
