Had two trucks services . One had belts install, oil change alignment. Other truck new mainfolds. Both jobs were done in a timely matter. Only down fall is the mechanic said I needed new wipers and transmission oil change . Both were done by another dealership prior to coming to pay Obrien. I didn’t like that what so ever. Other than that very happy considering my last expierence which kept me away for a while.
I had a fairly easy experience with the dealership the sales person Carla Clayton was very helpful and very friendly. I will say when I went to sign the papers in Medina the finance guy acted like he was irritated because I got the car out of Willoughby Hills instead of Medina’s store. I didn’t know that at first and I thought all of the stores were basically one so I didint quite understand why he was upset. But overall Carla made it a easy experience
I've been telling them my tires keep losing air since November 2013. I was putting air in once a month to twice a month and now weekly. I have been told everything from its normal for these type of tires, slow leaks, to the weather. I purchased 1 new tire that almost never loses air. I've had 2 of the original tires cleaned & resealed. Recently had a third tire cleaned and resealed. Now I have an appointment to have 2 tires cleaned & resealed. I truly feel the tires were corroded when I bought the car in 2013. And I have been jerked around about it because I am a female. The staff is really nice, but that is not fixing my problem. They should give me a new set of tires. That's just on my Malibu. Can't wait to enlighten you about the issues on my cruze.
I had a 2008 Chevy Cobalt repaired. Although I went in to have a blinker switch replaced, the serviceman found a few other areas that needed repair/replacement. Everything was explained and discussed before any repairs were made. At the conclusion, I felt that the car was in excellent condition and safe for my daughter to drive. I gave the car to her because I purchased a new Cruze
