It takes a very long time even though I have an appointment. And no one tells me why it is taking so long. The last visit I inquired about the length of time and was told about an hour if they have the part. At 3 hours I went and asked, wondering if I was waiting and they still did not have the part, and my car had just finished being serviced.

Normally going to a car dealership is just a hair better than going to the dentist for a root canal! Most dealerships that I have had in the past, I felt that I have just been screwed over as I left and that is not a good feeling! Dustin made the transaction enjoyable and I didn't have that screwed over feeling when leaving! Personally, I think he needs a raise or at least a cape with the SS letters on It for Super Salesman!
