I recently had some issues with my Bluetooth system, in my Chevy Impala. Originally, we thought it would be a quick fix, perhaps needing some reprogramming. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. As it turned out, it needed a special order part that wasn't available from stock. They had my car for longer than expected, since it wasn't an easy repair. I got in touch with Art Mills, who really expedited the process and made sure that I was not inconvenienced, since I make my living in my car. He and Jeff in service, were able to fix the problem and get me back on the road quickly. It's bad enough having to deal with an issue with your car, but it sure is good to know that when I do have any unforeseen problems in the future, it will be handled professionally and expeditiously. Art Mills and Jeff in your service department, went above and beyond to ensure that I got back on the road.
