Pat O'Brien Chevrolet was the cleanest and nicest dealership that I have ever been in. Mitch Sanchez went above and beyond explaining everything about my 2012 Equinox. I recently had some issues with my Bluetooth system, in my Chevy Impala. Originally, we thought it would be a quick fix, perhaps needing some reprogramming. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. As it turned out, it needed a special order part that wasn't available from stock. They had my car for longer than expected, since it wasn't an easy repair. I got in touch with Art Mills, who really expedited the process and made sure that I was not inconvenienced, since I make my living in my car. He and Jeff in service, were able to fix the problem and get me back on the road quickly. It's bad enough having to deal with an issue with your car, but it sure is good to know that when I do have any unforeseen problems in the future, it will be handled professionally and expeditiously. Art Mills and Jeff in your service department, went above and beyond to ensure that I got back on the road. Thanks to Art, Jeff and all those involved in getting this salesman back in his car and on to the next call! You guys are the best!
