The overall experience was frustrating in that it took 3 visits before the dealership had all of the parts necessary to repair a recall issue. I place a good portion of the problem with GM; the databases knew my vehicle was subject to the recall but didn't know what parts were needed? That doesn't make sense to me. However, as compensation for my inconvenience, O'Brien did cover the cost of the replacement wiper blades I asked to have put on my vehicle.
