I brought the car in to have the gauge for tire pressure checked, only to find that the vehicle was still under extended warranty and the service would be done at no cost to me. I was going to make an appointment to have the service performed and the mechanic said they could do it right away. I was quite happy to hear this, even though I was ready to pay for the service to have it done properly initially. Associates are outstanding!

Oil change and tire rotation. Service did its usual good job. Should figure out a way to get oil change and tire rotation people in and out in less time. Took 90 minutes and it usually does. Should have an "express" lube, oil, tire rotation and cut the time down. Advertise as such.

I brought my car in for a yearly...

I brought my car in for a yearly inspection to ensure that it was in good working condition and a tire rotation. I was informed that there was a recall on the vehicle for a minor problem that was occuring in some of the Sonics. They checked out the front end and found that some of the linkages were a bit loose and fixed it. They addressed a problem before I even knew that there was a problem. I have enjoyed my car and would recomend it and Pat Obrien to everyone I know. They are very friendly and do everything that they can to keep me satisfied when I come in. They are all great at the willoughby location.

I brought in my newly purchased 2010 Equinox to be evaluated and serviced for a problem that I experienced with it. The service was excellent from the appointment scheduling until the completion of servicing my vehicle. Furthermore, I was not charged for the service because of the factory warranty.
